ARNP/PA-C Family Practice/Walk-In Clinic Residency Program

Our Residency Mission
To train and retain well prepared Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ARNP) and Physician Assistants (PA-C) who will continue to provide patient care in primary care, multi-specialty and hospital settings.

Program Goals

• To ensure high quality ARNPs & PA-Cs who are prepared to function as providers in today’s changing health care environment.
• To equip newly graduated ARNPs & PA-Cs with the skills needed to confidently provide care.
• To provide a supportive environment to increase newly graduated ARNPs & PA-Cs confidence when working in a variety of care settings.
• After successfully completing the residency program, residents will be eligible to apply for openings at The Everett Clinic.
