Orthopaedic Surgery Physician Assistant Residency Program

UCSF Fresno, affiliated with the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) School of Medicine, offers a 12-month postgraduate program for two PA orthopedic surgery residents per year. Graduates who successfully complete the residency will receive a certificate of completion from UCSF. Orthopedic Surgery PA residents will learn and work alongside physician residents during their clinical and didactic training. The program will feature a strong emphasis on clinical teaching, surgical skills, and hands-on learning. The goal of the PA residency is to provide extensive orthopedic surgery patient management skills that will help propel graduates into successful future careers in both academic and private practice settings.
