Garry Weber APP Urology Fellowship
Urology has always been on the forefront of technology and development, constantly pushing the envelope in areas such as endoscopy, percutaneous surgery, reconstructive surgery, and laparoscopic and robotic procedures. The need for Urologic trained APPs is growing, and they will be called upon to fill the healthcare workforce needs of the future. Urology is one of the most vibrant, dynamic, and rewarding surgical specialties.
The Garry Weber APP Urology Fellowship Program at UT Southwestern Medical Center prepares an advanced practice provider (physician assistant or nurse practitioner) interested in urology for a productive career. Our program emphasizes all clinical, research, and teaching aspects of urology so that the trainee completing our program has the ability to independently function as a urology APP.
The program is conducted at William P. Clements Jr. University Hospital, as well as West Campus Building 3 on the UTSW Dallas campus.
