With over 180 members, Nurse Practitioners of Central Pennsylvania is the foremost representative for NPs in the Capital Region. As part of the statewide Nurse Practitioner Coalition, NPCP works to advocate for NPs in Harrisburg.

• Networking: Meet with your colleagues at our monthly meetings at area restaurants and hotels, and enjoy networking, educational programs and updates on legal issues affecting your practice in Pennsylvania. Many of the monthly meetings include continuing education credits.
• Doing More: The presence of the NPCP in the community includes Special Events and Committees. NPCP bring NPs into the public eye and keep our state government focused on our issues. Committees include Legislative, Membership, Programs, Public Relations and Nominations.
• Benefits: Your membership includes group affiliate membership in the PA Coalition of Nurse Practitioners and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. You will receive information regarding monthly meetings, regional and statewide educational offerings, legislative updates, an annual membership directory and more.
• Continuing Education: The Central Group monthly CE activities are sponsored by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and will count toward your requirements for recertification with national certifying organizations. Pharmacology CE credit will apply toward your biennial prescriptive authority renewal.
