Idaho Association of Nurse Anesthetists
In Idaho, more than 300 Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) provide cost-effective, accessible, safe, evidence-based, and collaborative anesthesia care, including chronic pain management. CRNAs in Idaho work in every practice environment in which anesthesia care is delivered, including hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, physician and dentist offices, and forward-deployed surgical teams. CRNAs live, work, and recreate in every county of the Gem State.
Advance patient safety and protect the profession of nurse anesthesia in Idaho.
IDANA is the voice of nurse anesthesia in Idaho. IDANA is a dynamic, assertive and effective organization of nurse anesthetists, preserving the full scope of independent nurse anesthesia practice, responsive to the clinical, economic, educational, and political needs of nurse anesthetists.
It shall be the object of this Association to promote the best interests of its members, cooperate with the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists, facilitate cooperation between nurse anesthetists and the medical profession, hospitals and other agencies interested in anesthesia, and in general, to advance the science and art of anesthesia.
