Edge Recruitment Solutions was founded in 2007, when we observed an unprecedented need for healthcare employment matchmaking services.Over a very short period of time we have developed strong relationships with employers in a variety of healthcare settings: acute care, ambulatory care, long term care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and hospice.

While in early going we focused primarily on the recruitment of healthcare professionals based in clinical settings, we have since developed relationships with employers who seek candidates for other healthcare-related roles – which include opportunities in the biotech, healthcare IT, insurance, pharmaceutical, and medical device industries. In addition, we have also placed candidates in higher education, human resources, and sales/marketing roles (some of which have been outside the healthcare industry).
