HPNW opened its door in 2010 with the notion of building a unique medical staffing company focused on a specific, unique group of clients. Our idea is simple; focus on a smaller group of clients and form dependable lasting partnerships throughout the Pacific Northwest. We aim to place each employee in a specific position, rather than having a revolving door of staff going through each location. This has served as a perfect platform for us and our client’s, as we have seen throughout the years our employees are very often hired on for a permanent position at the location they were working at.
