Partner/Co-Host Event with APPex
Welcome and thank you for your interest in partnering with APPex on a future event!
We wanted to be able to provide more valuable continuing education content not only for advanced practice executives, administrators, managers and leaders, but also for frontline, clinically practicing APRNs & PAs. Additionally, we wanted to be able to deliver this content in a simple, easy and convenient way, without registrants having to incur expensive travel costs like airfare, lodging, meals, and scheduling time off work. A virtual (online) format for hosting conferences/events offered the right platform.
APPex has significantly invested in and fine-tuned the operations & logistics behind running a successful advanced practice virtual conference/event, supported by staff with expertise in continuing education, event planning, marketing & advertising, and business development. Whether its developing the brochure, managing registrations & attendance and certifying the content for CE/CME credit, or collecting evaluations, distributing certificates and running the live event, we are equipped to handle everything. We even gather speaker/presenter requirements (e.g., resume, signed agreement, biography) and make conference materials available on our website to all registrants, including the presentation videos, slide decks, and speaker bios/photos.
We are seeking and excited to engage representatives from leading academic medical centers, hospital systems, community hospitals, surgical centers, retail health clinics, and other healthcare organizations regarding their advanced practice infrastructure, operations, and APRN & PA utilization. Moreover, professional membership organizations focused on one or more of the advanced practice roles align well as potential partners/co-hosts. Your only responsibility is to provide half of the conference’s/event’s agenda (mini-conferences; 3-3.5 hours of content) or all of the event’s agenda (monthly conferences; 6.5 hours of content). APPex manages and coordinates everything else.
In return, we offer our partners/co-hosts significantly discounted conference/event registrations for all staff & affiliates, complimentary sponsorship of the event (as the featured organization), and the opportunity to showcase and highlight your advanced practice leaders, APRNs & PAs, administrators, and members to a national audience.
