
Responsibilities
Partner/Co-Host – Monthly Conferences
Provide full agenda–presentations & speakers–for the conference day
- Virtual | Online (via Zoom)
- 1st Fridays of select months (may also be 2nd, 3rd, or 4th Fridays)

8-hour day, 10AM – 6PM ET
- 6.5 total content hours
- 15 min break in AM; 60 min for lunch; 15 min break in PM
Program format:
- All speakers/presenters should be advanced practice providers (APRNs & PAs)

Presentations should mostly be clinical topics, but may include non-clinical topics
- Presentation topics can vary, or, be related/thematic (optional)
- Presentations can have one or more speakers/presenters

Agenda should consist of:
- 30 min and 60 min presentations
- One (1) 60 min panel consisting of 3-4 people

Provide partial agenda–-presentations & speakers–-for the conference day
- Virtual | Online (via Zoom)
- 1st Fridays of select March, June, and December

8-hour day, 10AM – 6PM ET
- 3-3.5 content hours provided of 6.5 total content hours
- 15 min break in AM; 60 min for lunch; 15 min break in PM
Program format:

All speakers/presenters should be staff or affiliated with the featured organization
- Not limited to solely advanced practice providers (APRNs & PAs)

Presentations should be advanced practice administration and leadership topics
- Presentations can have one or more speakers/presenters

Agenda should consist of:
- 30 min and 60 min presentations
- One (1) 60 min panel consisting of 3-4 people

Provide all other conference/event operations & logistics:

Create, distribute, and post all flyers to website: save-the-date, agenda/brochure, and registration information
- Disseminate information about the conference/event via social media and email
- Process all ticketing–registrations, payments, and receipts–both online and via mail; apply any discounts, credits, and/or late fees
- Provide remaining topics & speakers for the agenda pertaining to advanced practice administration and leadership (Mini-Conferences only)
- Collect all speaker/presenter requirements, including agreements, slide decks, and bios/photos
- Schedule, setup, and run the live virtual conference/event online (via Zoom)
- Review and certify content for continuing education (CE/CME) credit
- Create and distribute evaluations
- Create and distribute certificates
- Provide access to all conference materials: presentation videos, slide decks, and speaker bios/photos
